Common Styles
Tubular bag with reinforcement (cross corner)
1. Simple structure, low cost, suitable for medium and large batch packaging and assembly-line filling; the most widely used style. 2. Can be specially treated per customer requirements.
U-panel bag
1. Beautiful appearance, simple structure, low cost, superior overall performance. 2. Easy to produce, short lead time; one of the most widely used styles. 3. Can be specially treated per customer requirements.
Baffle bag (Q-bag)
1. Mainly for chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other mid-to-high-end packaging. 2. Saves about 30% space, greatly reducing freight and logistics cost.
Stevedore bag
Solid structure, strong load capacity, higher cost; a preferred style for reusable FIBCs.
Tubular bags
1. Round structure wastes some material and affects cost, but offers higher safety factor. 2. More suitable for poor-flow products; common in Southeast Asia.
Ventilated bags
1. Anti-aging and short-term turnover; water-leaking and breathable. 2. Often used for overseas agricultural products such as peanuts, potatoes.
Sling bags
Generally for integrated loading of 20–50KG small packages. Convenient, versatile, suitable for turnover transport.
Loop to loop bags
Flexible and safe to use; suitable for centralized loading/unloading of multiple FIBCs. Common in Southeast Asia.
